Criminal Trespass Charge Dismissed
Categories: Burglary & Trespassing, Criminal Defense, RobberyA gentleman in his 50s had been requested to not enter a business. Unfortunately, he did not completely understand the instructions and returned. He was then charged with criminal trespass. His case was originally scheduled in Gahanna Mayor’s Court. The gentleman had his case transferred to Franklin County Municipal Court. After the case had been transferred, he spoke with attorney Ben Luftman and hired the Columbus Criminal Defense team to represent him on the case.
Attorneys with LHA represented him throughout the rest of the case and spoke with the prosecutor regarding the issues in the case. After five court dates, the prosecutor agreed to dismiss the case. Our client was relieved and able to move on with his life without a criminal conviction on his record.
